The form prepares a message in your browser’s memory. It does not send it to SAIL or save it in local storage. If you choose to open WhatsApp, the text is included in the link to prepare the message there; you decide whether to send it.

The process calculator runs in your browser. Its values are not sent or saved. The site’s fonts and visual assets are served from our domain.

The hosting service may collect technical usage and security metrics. The Voice demo is hosted on this domain. Links to WhatsApp, email, maps and Instagram lead to other services. Their terms and policies apply when you use them.

Share only what is needed to discuss the project. Avoid sensitive information about your business or other people. For enquiries about your data, write to info@sail-aicompany.com.

SAIL records visited pages, referring domain, campaign, language, device, approximate country and city, the network reported by Cloudflare, visible reading time, scroll depth and actions such as opening WhatsApp, playing a demo or using the calculator. It does not record what you type, calculator values, your IP address or full browser string. The IP and browser are used transiently to create a salted reference that changes each day in Costa Rica; it does not verify your identity.

The operational history is retained for up to 90 days and removed when later activity is recorded. Locations are approximate and may refer to your provider’s network node. Opening a link does not confirm a message or purchase.

If you arrive with utm_source, we keep that campaign label in local storage for up to 90 days to relate later visits from that browser. The link can be forwarded and does not identify who opens it. Clear it using this removal link or by clearing site data. Team members can save their own mark to exclude their visits. These are not cookies. The meter respects GPC and Do Not Track signals sent by the browser.

Internal access uses an essential signed session cookie, protected with HttpOnly, lasting up to eight hours. It does not contain your password and is not used for advertising. To limit login attempts, we keep temporary network references without IP addresses or passwords; they expire within 15 minutes and are removed during later logins.
