Context, work and current stage.
The starting point
Present private trips and transfers in Costa Rica to English- and Spanish-speaking travellers, with a clear path to an enquiry.
The work
Four visual directions were explored. Three have a navigable prototype; the fourth remains a visual concept. The work includes content hierarchy, service presentation and an enquiry planner.
The interaction
The visitor prepares an itinerary draft and opens it in WhatsApp to review. The prototype does not confirm bookings or process payments.
Project stage
Design exploration and prototypes. No booking or conversion improvements are claimed; those require validation with real traffic.
